BOOKING EXPECTATIONS

We are a by-appointment-only mobile service, built for clients who value precision, privacy, and premium care. Here’s everything you need to know before your appointment:

Online Instructions: You will be asked to uploads pictures of your car when scheduling your appointment. Upon 💳 Deposit & Payment

  • A 20% deposit is required to reserve your appointment.

  • A $45 mobile service fee is included in your final price.

  • Taxes are included — what you see is what you pay.

  • The remaining balance is due immediately after service is completed.

We accept:

  • Major credit/debit cards

  • Apple Pay

  • Zelle

  • Klarna & Afterpay – split your total into 4 easy payments*

*Phone call may be required to activate Klarna or Afterpay prior to service.

We do not accept checks.

Phone / Text Instructions: You will be asked to uploads pictures of your car when scheduling your appointment. Upon completion, you’ll have a choice to showoff and showcase your vehicles restoration journey on our social media (we’ll tag you and blur out plates for privacy). Not for you, no problem.

📸 Before Your Appointment

  • Please complete the vehicle intake form and upload a few recent photos.

  • You’ll receive text confirmations leading up to your appointment.
    (Standard messaging rates may apply.)

🔑 Key Procedure

  • Keys must be accessible at the time of service.

  • If you won’t be present, please leave keys in a safe and communicated location.

  • If the vehicle is locked or inaccessible, it may result in cancellation and loss of deposit.

🚗 Arrival & Prep

  • Expect arrival within 30 minutes of your scheduled time.

  • Ensure the vehicle is unlocked and accessible.

  • Remove large personal items if interior service is booked.

  • Notify us of any mechanical or electrical issues ahead of time.

  • In the case of rain, extreme heat, or unsafe weather, your appointment may be rescheduled.

  • You will be contacted promptly and offered the next available time.

🔁 Cancellations & Rescheduling

  • 24-hour notice is required to cancel or reschedule without losing your deposit.

  • Missed or late appointments may result in forfeiture of deposit.
